A WET FLOOR, NO SUPPORT AND NEGLIGENCE

I was in KFC on Saturday for coffee and it was a rainy day but their machine was out of order. "we don't have any warm stuff" was the response I got from the cashier. As my mother (53) got up to leave she slipped on the wet floor and fell. Their faded "wet floor" sign was in the doorway and not where customers where seated. Not one of the staff members came out to help pick my mother up. They stood from behind the counter and watched us struggle and continued like there wasn't a women sitting on the floor who couldn't get up! one of the customers assisted. It took 4 people to pick my mother up and NONE of them were KFC staff!!! The branch manager couldn't even bring me a cup of warm water as they "don't have any warm stuff". I was promised that the regional manager would contact me as they could not get hold of her on the day the accident happened. Today is Wed and I have not received a call from the Regional manager as promised! I am disgusted! my mother has been using a walking stick to get around and her knee has swollen twice the size! as we left they came out with a mop to dry the floors! FEELING GUILTY MUCH? 1
