Shocking managment on chronis meds

I have used Direct medicine for years. This is my second complaint and nothing has been done.
On 11th December 2012 I ordered my medication, specifically asking for it to be delivered by Christmas if possible. I only received the medication on the 2nd January. After phoning and complaining countless times to them. I know it was a busy time of year- but I sent the email on the 11th of December and no one called or emailed to say that my order would not be possible before Christmas.
I am not using them anymore- as I use CHRONIC MEDS. They are so vitally important for me that I need them- as I'm sure all other Chronic patients do. After my last complaint on HelloPeter- nothing was addressed by Direct Medicines. This is absolutely ridiculous.
