Call Centre a total mess!!!

I have a Edgars Credit Card with Standard Bank. I went to Thabazimbi's Edgars Branch and asked them for help. They told me they dont know what to do and searched for a number. After a while they phoned a call centre number and passed the phone to us. If I wanted to call them, I would have done it at the confort of my own home. Nevertheless, we hold for minutes on end and were cut off several times. After almost an hour of waiting and holding the line, talking to people that does not understand me, me and my husband just left the branch and went home. It is almost 4 days later and still we did not get any phone calls from Edgars or any help whatsoever.
