Bought a Whirlpool hob from Hirsch in Strubensvalley. Paid for an extended warranty. Plate on hob inoperative and had to use warranty for repairs. Report it to company in Strubensvalley on 6 January 2014. Reference number 354465. Received an email that technician will visit me on 7 January. Contact person one Stephanie at 15h30 to fins out what happening with technician. Tried throughout day to contact her to no avail. Never available. Desperate and phoned Richard Hirsch. Listen but did not do much. Technician eventually arrive at 17:10 not knowing what must be done. Want to repair the oven. Obviously no spares with him. Promise to come back never did. Stephanie phoned on 7 January telling me part on order. Monday 13 January part still on order. Phone Richard Hirsch again on 7 13 January. Promise to investigate and report back. Never did. Now 15 January and hob not repaired. HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT??? Will never set foot in any Hirsch establishment ever again. The customer service is pathetic!!!
