Bad service

I am really sick & tired of complaining, these people take ur money but give you qauntity goods, In Dec Charmaine informed us that they receive the couches however the 2 and 1 seater was damage and she send it back, we wnt to the store Cecile informed us that they only receive the 3 seater, we informed them that that was not the deal, they promised us a complete new set, Charmaine said we must have a look at the couch they will deliver and in the nw year they will order a new set. to my suprise when we took delivery of the couch it was the very 1st one not even the one we viewed in the store, they are a bunch of liars. i am really unhappy with the service receive and today is the 13th day of the new year and we still did not receive any feedback from them. we are not willing to pay further until such time that we receive the new set of couches as promised, i think someone in a high level must deal with this as this is now going on since last year Aug and the manager at the store Cecile is not capable in solving our problem.
