BAD SERVICE, POOR WORKMANSHIP, EMPTY PROMISES

I bought a lounge suit from Geen & Richards and one of the couches was damage. We informed the sales lady and she said she will make arrangements to collect the couch. 2 months ago someone phoned me says they are in front of my house collecting the couch i informed them that i am at work and they should come another time as they did not contact me before the time to arrange for someone to be at home. a month ago they came to collect my couch and promised me to bring it back me within 3 weeks. to my suprise last week Saturday when i went to the shop my couch was still standing in the shop with more damage to it. i explained to the manager that there was only one chip which i can remember she says she will contact Alpine on Monday and get back to me, till to date no feedback from her. i phoned a lady by the name of Shanita and she also promised to get back to me with no luck. this is really frustrating and as i have a occasion at my house this coming weekend i want my couch to be in my house as to what is the purpose of paying for something that you dont use, this is very poor service i mean we pay a small fortune on these couches. i would much appreciate positive feedback.
