Sick and tired of complaining as matter does not g

Get resolved. As promised a new set of couches will be delivered and we must cancell the excisting contract and open a new one. Just to inform you that we got 3 deliveries where we were still not satisfied with the couches as it was damage. I am really not satisfied with the service received, I always tought that Geen & Richards has the best products & quality but with my experience there is no such. Last week Friday again we had a delivery and they refused to load of as they wanted the 3 seater and that was taken long ago. At 1st the interest was 19% then when opened the new contract it came to 5% now with all these inconvenience caused i want the new set of couches as promised with NO DAMAGE and a 0% interest FREE. On top of this as advice by the store to cancell the debit order we keep on receiving sms from African Bank that we need to pay them and when i phone them and wanted to speak to a manager they dropped the phone in my ear. This is pathetic service receive from both companies, i am really not satisfied. Please make sure if couches is delivered it must be in a tip top condition as we want to pay for quality and not quantity. Await urgent feedback.
