Purchased a two laptops at incredible connection the glen shopping centre in oakdene with a one year guarantee on them, not even a month into the guarantee the computer started having soft wear problems and the computer screen at the back started getting hot and a mark on the screen appeared when we gently whipped it with a computer cloth a light flashed off the screen and all colours thrown around the screen and the computer screen looked like it was cracked on the inside, we took the laptop back and now nobody wants to take reasponsability for it, people who were confronted what said that the same thing happened at green stone shopping centre at edenvale named Yolande De Agrela from Dell sent photos too Dell company and another lady by the name of Ankea 0117186153 said it was man handled which is not true and said that she sees this everyday and they will not replace or refund the money back. And we seek somebody to help us with this problem and will be kindly to have answers with this matter. Thank you From Mr Castlemaine we as people have our rights if it was my fault then I would take reasponsability on my own but its not.
