On the 2nd of Dec I lodged a complaint on Hellopter regarding clicks for 2 issues
1. Londiwe and Nomsa refused to honour a Buy for 2 Special
2 They did not want to to honour a voucher i received from Nestle

I received an email on the 4th of Dec from Nuran, which sounding like a generic email stating that someone will contact me. As i did not receive any further communication, i emailed Nuraan on the 6th of Jan advising him of the fact that i did not get any further response.
I received a replying stating that my complaint was forwarded to the Operational Management Team on the 3rd December 2013, and hel request that the regional manager calls me urgently with feedback.

to date, no one has contacted me!!
so thanks to Clicks dont care attitude, my voucher from Nestle has now expired.
I am absolutely shocked at the fact that Clicks clearly does not care about their customers. Surely it cannot take over a month for a matter to be resolved?
Thus sure does explain why we always receive such bad service at the stores - it is due to the fact that are fully aware that head office takes absolutely no action to complaints! (besides send generic emails!!!)
