What do you care?

I recently discovered that Game now design kitchens so in November I had my kitchen designed and ordered the units totaling R32, 000 from Game Kollanade. I received the units 2 weeks later at the beginning of December and immediately noticed shocking quality problems. I sent Game an e-mail via their complaints department and promptly received a mail back promising me someone from Senior Management would get back to me, with ref nr.03843571. I also got hold of the rep from the store who put me in contact with her manager from Ucan who actually manufacture the units. Rapheil was extremely helpful and after a lot of back and forth negogiating I had all the poor quality units replaced on the 11th January. So too Rapheil from Ucan, I thank you very much for your efforts. As for Game... I still wait for the Senior Management to contact me? I have not heard anything from your company other than the confirmation mail. What do you care anyway... I paid you in full and you have your money, so what! Absolutely disgusting!!! Just to let you know, I purchased the rest of my kitchen items including a new fridge, gas stove, oven and hood from another retailer totaling R21, 000. Your loss!
