Refused to honour specials and vouche

I received a voucher from Nestle for 4 Aero chocolates, that i tried redeeming at the Clicks Zone Store. The cashier, Londiwe refused to accept the voucher stating that she "is scared" so she called her supervisor Nomsa. Nomsa stated that there isn't a problem as she has accepted Nestle vouchers before. However, instead of redeeming the voucher, she disappeared for over 15 minutes with my voucher. When we eventually found her, I found that she and the manager were scrutinizing my voucher. They really made me feel like a criminal in their store!!!
Aside from this, i tried purchasing 3 packets of Clicks Nuts as it was on a Buy 3 for 2 special. They absolutely refused to honour the deal advertised on their shelf!!! And could not provide me a reason for this.

Is this the way you treat your customers???
Why was my voucher not accepted? This was the original voucher received from Nestle via Post!!! And why does this store NOT honour specials advertised in their very own store???
