Supply vs demand: you're doing it wrong

I buy cigarettes for my wife and myself at Game, it is on my daily route and much cheaper than going to a garage. However, not once have I been able to have a quick transaction as it should be. Every single time someone has to go to fetch cartons from wherever (which usually takes 10 minutes) whereas it should be easily available. I understand there is a potential risk factor but really, try keeping more than 1 carton of popular brands at the kiosk at all times maybe?
Today I went into the Fourways store, lady sitting at the counter cannot distuingish between softpack and box, has only 1 carton of softpacks available. I ask her for another and get a blank look. Proceeds to give me loose packs. I ask for cartons as it is easier to carry, I get "sorry, no stock". Well she must be telepathic or have x-ray vision because she never once left her chair. Take the loose packs out of frustration, mission to the tills carrying 40 of these.
I spend R1800 monthly on cigarettes at your store in addition to other purchases. I dont want a call or a promise of disciplinary action, I just want to be able to buy my stuff in 5 minutes (which is how long it should take) and go home. Surely its possible?
