AGAIN they say after my first complaint

To: The CEO of Game Retail stores
I have had it with your Game store in Centurion. I sent a complaint about them refusing to sell me a carton of cigarettes about a week to two weeks ago, got a mail to say apologies, but Game does sell cigarettes in cartons... until today when I went in there to go and buy a carton, and AGAIN I was told by the cashier and the supervisor that they do not sell cartons. I have received no feedback as of my reply to them on my first complaint to say the apology is not good enough. And then this happens. I would like for you to explain to me how a mass retail store like this, conduct is accepted? And that they blatantly just ignore complaints and continue to go on with their disgusting service. I work in retail myself and understand what and how customer service and complaints should and must be conducted and handled. And this is UNACCEPTABLE. Your response to me will be appreciated. Thank you.
