Inconsistent Stock problem

I have reportedly complained about Game for not keeping stock of my brand of cigarette I buy from there weekly (Texan filter). I normally buy one to two cartons a week. Last time I complained they phoned me and promised to keep extra stock so that if there is a problem one week they have backup.
Well this has been working well and now the last two weeks when I have been in to buy, there have only been loose packets on the shelf and no cartons (obviously stocks running low), Now this week, 3rd week I go in and now no stock at all. Now December almost here I suppose they will be out of stock for most of the December January period when places are closed. Really, they are very inconsistent and nobody bothers to really check the stock and complain to their supplier when stock is not delivered.
This really gets frustrating..
I DONT want Game to phone me with explanations for apologies ALL I want them to do is KEEP STOCK and continue to keep checking their stock is not lagging. PLEASE DO YOUR JOB.
Explanations and apologies not accepted anymore, keep stock or I will shop somewhere else.
