Kent cigarettes in sealed packs damaged

I've bought 2 cartons of Kent Special Mild and in both cartons there was 1 packet with 3 or more damaged cigarettes - totally broken. I've send e-mails to Kent on the 4th March and 18th April (together with photos) but have had NO reply to date. It is unacceptable as we pay a lot of money lately for cigarettes and then they just ignore you!!!
