Suit ordered-bad workmanship

My Secret at 4 King street, Durbanville quoted me do make a suit.
The end of all the suit was totally not wearable!!
The sleeves was made wrong and 2 different sizes. the pants had no lining and no back pocket and no belt could worn with the pants!
The suits jacket also had no lining, no inner pockets, the sleeves could not be repaired!!
The suit was given back, but the repayment of the paid and quoted money, is up to the Owneress discretion, but have no money to repay the paid money!!
After numerous emails and discussions she started paying R50, 00 and a week later R 250, 00 the balance is hanging (R 1 300, 00).
She advertises to be capable to make suits, jackets, pants, wedding dresses and alterations!!
