Falling back into bad habit

I complained once before about Game not keeping stock of certain brands of cigarettes, especially those they sell quickly. I pleaded for months and months for them to keep my brand of Texan Filter and all I got was excuses and the rep who comes on a friday was constantly blamed. Is it not up the the person who runs this dept to check their stock properly or do they merely just allow the rep to do his own thing.
After my complaint I was just about to give them a high five... guess what once again they have fallen back into their lazy habit. Why, do they only order 1 carton per week, which I buy, why cant they stock a few extra cartons so that when there is a problem they have backup. I am not the only one having this problem, a friend of mine has the same problem. I hope now they will wake up and get back on the job.
