DISGUSTING TREATMENT OF A LOYAL CUSTOMER!!!

I purchased shoes and a few other items from YDE Eastgate in December 22, 2012, but after the first time wearing them i experienced serious discomfort and developed blisters. In January when i retuned back to JHB from holidays i returned them. MATILDA, store manager of YDE Eastgate helped me. I showed her the still fresh marks and where i got blisters. She said shes going to do a Returns Enquiry and call me to update me. 2 weeks later i had received no call, then i went back into the store to find out, and she said the designer declined the return saying its not a manufacture default. I told her im not acepting that, i mean this shoe gave me issues and i had to buy creams and plasters to treat them, and i must keep those shoes? sorry!!

I escalated this issue with Many managers from other stores, Area Manager, and all i was told is that we'll get back to you, which no one ever did. To cut a long story short, i refused to pay my installment to try and get YDE to take me and my dilemma serious, didnt work. Its January 2014 now, the shoes are still at YDE EastGate, and it seems as if ive been forgotten and not important. Its really unacceptable and disappointing, & i need help please!
