Damaged shoes in a day of wearing them

I bought the shoes from EuropaArt on a friday, wore them on saturday on sunday the glue gave up and there was no stich, when i complained they offered to repair the shoe and deliver it. I want my money back! After contacting the Store manager who droped the fone on me and emailing the customer query person Jackie, i was not happy with their offer of giving me back the bad shoes.
