Poor quality shoes from San Marina Eastgate

Hi

i purchased a pair of italian shoes for R1700 from San Marina in East Gate. after having worn the shoes only a few times the leather soul is starting to come off. i visited the manager at the store to report this matter. she is aware that I purchased the shoe from your store. She informs me that I should have put another should have put another soul over the leather soul before I wore the shoes - as the leather soul does not do well in water? This is the first I hear of this. it has not even rained for the last couple of months

I need to speak to someone about this as I have paid quite a sum for these shoes.
