Foschini
False Advertising and then displayed Bad Attitude

Yesterday I went into Foschini, as I am a loyal customer.

I noticed the Sale board above vest tops. The signed stated " Sale Vests Buy Two Get Another Free" the fine print said "Selected styles and _. For a Limited time Only."

While I was paying for the 3 vests, I informed the cashier which top I would prefer to be free, the male manager passed a comment to me stating "it is ONLY logical that the cheapest one is free and it is up to the store to decide which top to give me free". As I am not an unreasonable person nor have I ever been approached in such a manner, I then informed the manager/supervisor that the stores Ad does not state that and it is not logical. I then placed my cellphone in my bag and when I looked up to continue speaking to him, he had disappeared.

Not only am I dissatisfied with the service the Foschini in Canal Walk offers, but with the manager's bad attitude towards me and he has no way of speaking to a paying customer.

The advertising is false and in future I will no longer purchase from Foschini in Canal Walk.
