Three months for a watch repai

I purchased a ladies guess watch just before christmas last year (2012). Recently it stopped working so I took the watch into the branch where I purchased it so that it could be fixed. I also asked for a quote for the strap to be replaced. I was told by the booking lady that it would take about two to three weeks to fix. After two weeks, I went into the branch and then again every week to check up on the status of the service. The booking date was the 23/9/13. Two weeks ago (20/11/13), I went in and the manager told me that the watch had left Sandton and was on the way back to `Pietermaritzburg. Today I went in and was told that my watch had not left Sandton and that I would have to send the watch back for a strap after accepting the quote. This is unbelievable service from a place where watches are not cheap. It makes me question if they have lost my watch and if so I want a replacement. I am absolutely disgusted at the poor service and lack of answers and consistency that I have been receiving. To send in a watch for repair in September and for it still not to be repaired by December is disgraceful for the Guess company.
