To Whom It May Concern,

My partner bought me a Guess watch from your Kenilworth branch in December. Unfortunately the watch seemed to be faulty, as the pin (for the strap) kept falling out. We returned the watch to the store, and one of the staff members tightened the, and said that it would not fall out again. Unfortunately, a few days later the fell out, and we had to return the watch yet again. This time, they said they would return it to Guess, to have it fixed. I waited 3 weeks for my watch to be returned. Today, I wore it for the first time, and the has come loose yet again and I am now forced to return the watch to the store yet again. This is extremely frustrating - if this is a manufacturing fault, then certainly the watch would need to be replaced? I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the product being sold by Sterns, and this experience will certainly hinder me from purchasing products from Sterns in the future. I understand that this may be an issue which Sterns would need to sort out with Guess, and I would greatly appreciate your help with this. I simply cannot where a watch which is going to break every few days. Please let me know how yo
