Good day

I purchased a watch from the Gateway Edgar's store on the 25:08:13... The stones started falling off the watch so I contacted edgars via Facebook to query whether I could return the watch which I was told I could do...
The watch was returned on the 22:09:13..(PLEASE NOTE THE WATCH IS NOT EVEN A MONTH OLD!)

The lady that assisted me said that I should send the watch back to the jeweller & would probably be given a new one within 4weeks time..If I should experience the same problem with the watch then I could return it. She did tell me that they would contact me to inform me about the status of the watch..
Weeks went by nothing!

Yesterday (02:11:13) I went to the gateway store to query about my watch.. The guy at the watch counter was stunned when I told him it was brought in in September & searched the book frantically trying to look for the status of the watch.. He then told me to hold on whilst he checked his drawer incase it was there.. Nothing..
He looked in the book again only to notify Me that there has been some sort of mix up, he himself had no clue as to what sort of a mix up that was.. & he said to me he would need to call the jewelle
