To Whom It May Concern,

My partner bought me a Guess watch from a Sterns, Kenilworth branch, in December. Unfortunately the watch seemed to be faulty, as the pin (for the strap) kept falling out. We returned the watch to the store, and one of the staff members tightened the, and said that it would not fall out again. Unfortunately, a few days later the fell out, and we had to return the watch yet again. This time, they said they would return it to Guess, to have it fixed. I waited 3 weeks for my watch to be returned. Today, I wore it for the first time, and the has come loose yet again and I am now forced to return the watch to the store yet again. This is extremely frustrating - if this is a manufacturing fault, then certainly the watch would need to be replaced? I am a huge Guess fan, but am EXTREMELY disappointed in the quality of the product I was sold, as well as this poor service experience. This product experience will certainly hinder me from purchasing Guess products (especially watches) in the future. I understand that this may be an issue which Sterns would need to sort out with Guess, and I would greatly appreciate your help with this. I simply canno
