Watch Not Repaired after 10 weeks

Shops, Products, Services

On the 1st December I handed my 7 month old Tour de France edition Festina in at American Swiss in Tygervalley. The minute arm on the watch had come loose and was swivelling around on it's own. American Swiss told me that it would take 6-8 weeks for the watch to be fixed, which is a pain in the if you think that it is only a small fix. I could have had my car fixed if it was in a accident in the same amount of time. So.. conveniently they only open again on the 15th January, by the end of Jan I have been to American Swiss twice.. no watch. So this weekend, middle Feb.. they tell me that they received the watch and with a R1000 invoice, the best of all is the watch was still BROKEN!!! How the to you invoice someone on something which you have not fixed?! Are you stupid?? So, now I have to wait again for 2 months.. To save everyone the trouble of creating another invoice for work that has not been done, you can stick the watch where it belongs S.Bacher & Co. Just refund me with the value of the watch which is R3000. Thanks
