DISGRACEFUL staff! Atrocious behavior!

My friend and I visited the Sandton City Cross Trainer branch on Tuesday 7th January 2013 at approximately 19:40. As we walked in, we were immediately jeered with derogatory noises (imitating Chinese) and laughed at amongst the staff. My friend confronted one of the staff members and all he did was keep quiet with no apology. We continued to walk around the store (not once being offered any assistance) and as we were leaving, the noises started again. That fiendish behavior is uncalled for and I will not accept it!

Please check your store/centre footage for proof!

Nelson Mandela just passed away last month and we celebrated his legacy, which you clearly didn't take note of and are happily Tarnishing! Did you learn nothing from him? Your company is a disgrace and should be ashamed!

I'd like to know what kind of company you run with the questionable moral code you instill in your stafff? Being a South African born Chinese, does that make me less of a person in your eyes? I will never return to any of your stores and will advise all my family and friends to never purchase anything from you again.

Nothing you say or do will change my mind. All i require now is a formal apology!
