Refund refused

On 30-12-13 I purchased two standard size PVC blinds from Decorland @ Game Pavillion. When I open the first package I found that the blinds were scratched and the mounting brackets were slightly bent and flimsy. I also noticed that the instructions/diagrams did not match what is actually inside the package. I decided to return both sets in exchange for curtain rails because I felt that the over quality of the product is inferior and is not something that I want to install in my house.

I returned the items on 04-01-14 only to be told by the Decorland assistant that she cannot refund me for the package that has been opened and that "I" scratched the blinds! After arguing the point that on the package it says "This product may be returned if in original packaging" which it was. I only could see that the product is inferior quality after opening the package. She did not want to her my concerns and still refused to refund me for the open package. I took my refund for the un opened package and left both blinds in the store and walked out. I also in formed her that she has lost a sale of curtain rails too for her bad attitude and disgusting service on behalf of Decorland.
