They sold blinds which are damaged

On the 06th of March i went to exchange the Blinds which i had bought at Mr Price Home, the lady who assisted me Geraldine was very rude and did not want to exchange them there are items which are missing inside the blinds and they appear to be very old
The lady did not even want to give me a refund or exchange the blinds for me

This is an unacceptable customer service and i demand that the blinds be exchanged or be given a refund
