Arrogant and incompetant at tills

What a surprise, Mango jeans are on a 50% sale. When I got to the till they told me I had to pay full price and I refused and told them to go check themselves, when the gentleman came back he said the I still had to pay full price. I then went to the mango department to find out myself and the lady told me that they were indeed on sale. Almost 30 min later I walked out of the store. I honestly don't know how edgars does there training but its utterly shocking how rude the till operators are to customers!!
