Pathetic service received from PVR Blinds

I would like to express my disappointment at PVR Blinds for having given me such bad service when installing my blinds! Firstly, some of the blinds did not fit well, secondly, the two guys who had installed the blinds left empty cupboard boxes thrown right in front of my front door. when i confronted PVR Blinds with these 2 issues, their response was that firstly, i was unappreciative as they had given me a discount and assisted me to install a towel and curtain rail for free. I did not realise that receiving a discount was signing up to such disgusting service, and its really sad that instead of addressing the matter in a professional and customer focused way, PVR Blinds chose to be arrogant, rude and condescending. Their excuse for the ill-fitting blinds was that my tiles are not straight - if you were true and competent professionals, you would have informed me about my skew tiles and explained the impact/consequence it might have on the blinds before installing them. And their excuse for leaving trash on my front door is that i was moving in that day - so what? does that make my house a dumping site? I will definitely NOT use PVR Blinds again!!
