5 weeks later and still no blinds!!

We purchased blinds 5 weeks ago and were promised that this would take 10-15 working days (Order# 210867). We were informed that our blinds were ready for collection, but realised upon inspection that 2 of the 3 blinds we ordered were damaged (scratched) and asked that they replace these. We asked the sales assistant present at the time (Charity) to keep us updated on the progress of the blinds, because due to the delay we had lost our installation appointment with our contractor. 2 weeks passed without any communication. I phoned the Decorland customer care line and were told our blinds were in Durban and they had 'no idea' when it would be ready. Another 2 weeks passed and after following-up again, I was told that our blinds arrived yesterday but some parts were missing. Our contractor is now fully booked, and as it is December we will only get another appointment next year. This is ridiculous as we will now be left with bare windows for another 2 months. Decorland has been very unprofessional by making their customers do the run-around. To compensate for the unprofessional behavior and disappointing service, Decorland needs to install our blinds at no additional cost to us!!
