TERRIBLE SERVICE - not resolved after 2 months!!

I bought a gift online, the box was damaged and they advised me to return it incase the contents were damaged too. They then sent a refund to my kalahari account which i asked to be paid into my bank account as i wanted to buy the same gift at shop as they had no more in stock. I did the necessary to receive the funds and nothing came into my account. I called and emailed for about 2 weeks trying to sort it out. I was then informed that I would need to send bank statements to prove that the money wasnt transferred into my account. I did this (29 November 2013) and that is where it ended. I have kept calling and I am told they will look into it and call me back and I have sent countless emails in December 2013 and no-one has had the decency to call me back nor respond to my emails. Well needless to say, I havent shopped at kalahari again and wont until this is sorted and someone could actually pick up the phone and sort this problem out. Its really sad as I have been using them for a while and had brilliant service up until now. Reason I have finally come here is that it has taken 2 months of calling and emailling and I am tired of being ignored. Hopefully now someone will respond
