Kalahari acting very strange!

I ordered two Canon lens at a cost or R19, 506-99, order number 1000182372. Payment reflected on my bank account on the 10-09-2013. On the 18-09-2013 I received an email from Kalahari saying " Oops we have egg on how face" and they went on to say they have taken my funds but have not processed the order. The very next day I received another email from Kalahari saying "Something Phishy is going on" and tell me they have cancelled my order as they suspect a transaction. When I phone to see what is going on I am told they have no stock and will give me a full refund. After many emails plus providing my bank statements I have still not received my refund! They have emailed "proof" of payment but only typed out and certainly not sent from ABSA bank [their bank]. I am seriously worried as R 19, 506-99 is no small amount. When I phone the only number I have [0861525242] I am told there is no management to speak to and I am not permitted to speak to the accounts department.
