Pathetic service!!!

I have trusted kalahari and have placed almost 15 orders since 2011
However, this time I have reached the end of the road!

End of october 2012, i placed an order as a gift. It was delivered to her on time
Second week november, she sent it back as wasnt working
It is registered on my profile as return progress 72%
Expected date of deliver 11 December 2013

To date, both my friend and I have made countless of calls and sent over 50 emails to enquire

This is beyond acceptable
I would like my money back immediately and i will never ever purchase anything from kalahari ever again!
I prefer to pay more and be treated well
Kalahari is acting like a bunch of!!!
