Faulty product and no refund

I ordered a Tablet in November last year, within the first week the Tablet was found to be faulty. I returned the Tablet on the 8th of December to kalahari and they said they would give me a Credit.

It has now been 2 months and countless emails and phone calls, always promising that they would sort the matter out but I have yet to receive a credit/refund even a simple email or call back. I always have to phone them to get anything. It almost appears they are trying to do everything possible to not have to pay for a refund.

I have always thought of kalahari as a safe online company to buy from, but after this experience, I am afraid I will not be able to recommend them to anyone, nor will I buy from them again in the future.

The market is so saturated with online vendors that you simply cannot afford to run your company like kalahari is doing currently. There is absolutely no urgency, no reply to customer queries and no business ethics. What a pity.
