No customer service etiquette

I went to PNP Plattekloof this afternoon - sjoe, the lady at the counter at the grilled foods has no customer service etiquette at all. She doesnt greet and it is as if she does not want to serve the customers.

If she doesnt like her job, then she needs to get another one!

I thought Plattekloof is so up-market, and that PNP at that branch would at least train staff to treat customers a bit better.

Clearly not hey!!!
