Levona at Plattekloof Pick & Pay is very friendly and she works fast and with confidence.

It's a pleasure to encounter her when I'm in a rush during my half hour lunch time.

I saw that she had the badge of "Customer Services Manager". Perhaps she could share her skills among other staff, such as those at the Tyger Valley branch who stand at the bakery counter and yell at the staff in the back...
