FALSE ADVERTISING & NO FEEDBACK!

It has been 4 days now since i purchased an e-book. The status of the order remains at "72% in progress". I have emailed, left messages, spoken to a person and still have not had any feedback. Where is my download? Why does the order status not change? I see this is a general complaint, when is this problem going to be resolved?
