Wait like there is no tomorrow

Every time you walk into this Establishment, the people behind the counter have no business etiquette
They do not even greet you although you do. It would seem to me that they have a "quota" to serve a certain number of customers per day. They actually do things "at snails pace" not even considering the fact the queue is getting longer with each passing minute. And in between all of this they find the time to even leave their work station and have a good old chat with one of their other colleagues. It is really frustrating when what would take you five minutes to sort out now takes you up to half an hour or sometimes even more.
There are times when the queues are so long that one of the employees are busy with other duties which means that his or her particular counter is closed fro service. SERVICE DEFINITELY NEEDS TO BE JACKED UP
