Pick n Pay False Advertising

The staff @ that branch treat the customers very poorly, i was @ the branch on the 10/11/2013 @ 15:11pm..I was waiting to be helped when everyone just ignored me and was later told to wait in another line, i waited there and then saw another guy who was waiting @ the same place i was, was being helped... when i asked why i was sent all over the show the lady behind the bakery counter just said they were short staffed, i finished my shopping and moved to the till, there the cashier named B. Mfenawana was picking her nose while she was waiting on the next customer and chatting away with the packer, I was disgusted to take my change knowing where her hands has been... the staff at that branch treat people like they are doing us a favour and have absolutely no customer care skills, they almost never avail in the aisle or make like they doing you a favour when you ask assistance. Pick n Pay offers friendly service and assistance in their adverts, that's false advertising... why do people in up market areas receive better service, our money is the same as theirs...
