FALLING BECAUSE OF WATER ON THE FLOOR

On saturday night at about 7.30pm i fell on my back because of a water puddle on the floor, near the lingerie department. a floor manager named mohamed (surname unknown) with very shiny shoes took my details and assured me i would receive a phonecall the next day, enquiring about the incident; yesterday i emailed their customer care department with my report, and to date - FOUR days later - i have not yet heard from them.
