I purchased a pair of shoes from Woolworths Woodmead on the 5 October 2013. I tried to return it on the 15 November as it was uncomfortable. I have never worn the shoes outside of my house and I only walked with it inside of my house once only and because I found it uncomfortable, I kept it safely away to return it when I had the opportunity. I tried to return it at the Woodmead branch but I was told by the cashiers that the shoe was worn. The under of the shoe still looked new to me. At first I was told that they wont return it because the sole of the shoe was slightly peeled underneath. I then went to the floor area and brought back the another shoe in that range and showed them that even the shoes on the floor that Woolworths was selling was also the same. They then told me that my shoes looked like it had been worn. They refused to return my shoes although I have never worn the shoes except for trying it out once in my house and immediately finding it uncomfortable.

The staff at Woolworths Woodmead are extremely rude and arrogant and they totally refused to budge although I still had a till slip from the sale.
