Slip and slide and the manager is missing!

This afternoon i slipped in a huge puddle of water on the floor and fell. I asked to see the manager, but had to leave after 15 minutes of waiting. None of the personnel attempted to mop the floor and there was no sign indicating wet floors, although it was clearly the aircon dripping on the floor. I find the level of service from the staff, and especially the unavailable manager, unacceptable!
