They were wasing the floors in identity on saturday with no boards saying that the floors is wet, my son run and fell on the wet floor, we had to take him for a brain scan because his face was so brused, i added a complaint yesterday but still i have no feedback from identity. The manager was the one wshing the floor and when this happened she didn't do anything. I did not take photos of the floor, because at that moment i did not think about that i only wanted to help my son, but my mother was there as a witness.
