Bp Southern Africa
Shocking behaviour from the Owner!

Cars & Transport

The petrol nozzle fell out of the car while the attendant was away and petrol messed on to the floor until we noticed and called him back. When it was time to pay I asked about the petrol on the floor. He called the owner over, who after then said 'Oh, it can't have been much, what do you want me to do about it? ' very agressively. Both myself and the guy in the car next to us told him to look at the floor, the puddle was big enough that it ran under both our car and their car and out the other side.

He stomped over to the watering can at the side of the garage, where he lifte. When he had emptied the watering can he shouted 'So that's 2litres! Can you see now?? '

I got back into the car and asked the attendant if I could please pay, as I really just wanted to leave at this point. The owner then came and stuck his head in the window saying, 'How much do you want? How much do you want? ' over and over, until my mother eventually said she thought it was about 5L just to get him to go away. So he stormed over the cashier and got R60 that he shoved at me before storming off again. So yes I got my money back, but was it worth it Mr Owner? Because you have lost a customer for life
