PATHETIC SERVICE AND NO CORRECTIONS ONCE AGAIN

I reported them just last week, after placing my order on the 11th of December. I phoned them and requested item before Christmas as I was advised delivery will only be 31/12. 31/12 came, I phoned them for confirmation of delivery and they could not confirm. Then I lodged a complaint on Hellopeter, after which finally they responded (this is after how many mails were ignored). Finally I was told they would have the stock on Monday 06/01/2014. Today I am informed they have no stock! this is pathetic - how can they be allowed to trade like this??? Now it is refund time, and from the complaints on here, this is another area where they fail. So they do sit on our money - nice and they simply get away with it! 3 times, that I have let my partner down with his Christmas gift - nice! and the words "sorry" does not do it for me! its all just!
