Between 2009 and 2012 I paid the FULL amount owed to Russels through the NPDA. Late last year I started receiving calls from Russels that there was an oustanding amount still due. The more I explained that it was paid up already in July 2012 and according to the payment plan and also that I have proof, was completly ignored and they insisted and demanded that I pay. In the end of the day after numerous calls explaining over and over again and sending proof of payment I eventually received my paid up letter. I am not happy with how this incident was handled. I received several calls that demanded and insisted that I owe this money. The more I explained the more I was accused. Some of the consultants were very, no sorry, exremely rude, especially an indian lady. I will never forget the way I was treated. Russels got me to feel like the biggest on the planet, and I thought I was doing the right thing and actually paying my account in the end of day. It is clear that Russels was at fault and did not even receive an apology. I am going to take up this matter with social media and spread the word how I was treated.
