After a little dissapointment with online shopping, running to catch the store open, that was after deciding to go personally to the store to make a purchase.

I was received with a great smile, humour and a very welcoming attitude I forgot about the on-line story. I was received by Jankie at Midrand Furniture city.

It was an unbelievable experience, with my indecisiveness of exactly what I want, Junkie ran me through different options and price ranges, though he nearly made me buy what I didn't need cause he could actually sell it, He sold me a beautiful couch comfortable and well fitting my character.

I wanted to change my mind and asked for impossible things to be done and kindly he calmed me down and brought me back earth in a way I could actually say thank you.

Furniture stores are known of delayed deliveries, but I received my goods on time and safe. And Jankie made sure I was satiesfied, of which I'm very happy and asked me when should he expect me again.

I forgot his Surname, But I'm game with the customer service this gentleman rendered.
