Stock issues... then damaged... No service received!

We purchased garden furniture in October. We paid for delivery and was promised delivery numerous times after continuously follwing up. We went back on numerous occasions and no one helped. A store manager told us that they did not have stock and the salesman was chasing sales. The furniture was eventually delivered and was damaged. Why was the furniture sold to us if they knew there was no stock? We then went back to the store and spoke to Bhekani Ntuli who said that we should contact him with the barcode. We called him on two occasions and he promised to return our calls. This was done 3 weeks ago... To date we have not received any feedback from GAME CRESTA! I am disgusted with the service that we received. How can GAME sell us damaged furniture and not take accountability now?
